Fraxyloncriz is committed to client satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our graphic design services.
Graphic design services provided by Fraxyloncriz are custom creative works tailored to each client's specific needs. As such, standard return policies for physical products do not apply to our services.
Clients may cancel design projects before work begins for a full refund of any deposits paid. Once design work has commenced, cancellation terms are specified in individual project agreements. Fraxyloncriz will work with clients to find satisfactory solutions for any concerns.
Fraxyloncriz includes multiple revision rounds in all design packages. We work collaboratively with clients to refine designs until they meet expectations. If you are not satisfied with initial concepts, we will continue refining until you are happy with the results.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for projects that have not progressed beyond initial concept stages. Once design work has been completed and files delivered, refunds are generally not available unless exceptional circumstances apply.
If you have concerns about a design project, please contact Fraxyloncriz immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues through open communication and will work to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
All design files are delivered digitally. Once files have been provided to the client, they cannot be returned. However, Fraxyloncriz will continue to work with clients to address any issues with delivered designs.
